Recent experience
Lizzie and her team were lovely as ever. My next due appointment is with the hygienist. We book in with Genevieve as she is very good but we have noticed of late how expensive these appointments are and I understand that there was a price increase yet again at the beginning of April. This will reduce the number of visits we are able to make.

I do not enjoy these visits, necessary as they are, but was treated very carefully today and given useful advice. Teeth now feel so good!

Anxious Patient Made to Feel at Ease
I’m not a fan of going to the dentist - never have been! However the dentist made me feel at ease, taking time to speak to me (distract me) about work/ hobbies etc, whilst undertaking her check up.
She undertook a thorough check, with results shared, and though not sugar coated, delivered in a sensitive and proactive way!
A really positive experience for someone who is anxious about visiting the dentist.

Emergency appointment
I called up in pain after a tooth extraction and I was able to be seen a few hours later. The dentist and assistant was very helpful and explained everything clearly.

The receptionist was wonderful, caring,kind,thoughtful. I am semi disabled.She kindly opened the back entrance in order to make it easier for me to enter the building.

Elizabeth has been my dentist for several years. She is kind,considerate,thoughtful. She explains each procedure, She is so professional,is well read about my disability RA and my medication.She therfore takes great care when carrying out any dental procedures reassuring me along the way, making my visits for any dental care stress free,painless, leaving me feeling great.Dental hygiene is so important. Emergency visit
I rang with very bad pain in my tooth. I was seen very quickly and Elizabeth and her assistant were amazing. They took the time to listen and then proceeded with the best option to help me get better. Cannot fault them on how kind and considerate they were. Amazing dentist, the best.
