My experience
I explained to the receptionist that I am about to start chemotherapy during which time I won’t be able to receive the treatment prescribed by the dentist (who was fabulous) but they were unable to give me an appointment in under two weeks time when the chemotherapy treatment may have started. I feel that, under the circumstances, I could have been given an emergency time slot or offered another dentist who is available more than two days a week.

My experience
Well I haven’t had one of these for a while. I will say the receptionists need training in politeness and telling the truth. My experience was a screw fell out my mouth and after spending £10k on implants the receptionists could not care less and didn’t call back after leaving a message. Even when you’re in the building, their manner needs a lot to be desired. I have told my dentist about this and they were aghast by it.

The fact that I have attended twice for a complete crown and left with a temporary one, due to the miscasting of the mould/impression being poorly constructed and unsuitable to be fitted.
