Friendliness of the staff.

The professionalism of the dentist and the hygienist in addressing my current liver illness.
At the other end of the scale is the slight of hand by head office to book an online hygienist appointment as a private booking without making the enhanced fee clear. A very disappointing practise.

Quick, kind, easy to get another appointment.

Nothing in particular. The Hygienist and her Assistant, job got in with their jobs of cleaning my teeth. No fuss, job done.

I found the hygienist extremely thorough, she gave the impression she was working her hardest to ensure my teeth were the best they could be after the session - her instructions to me were also very clear.

**UPDATED 25.11.24** Came in today and was greeted by lovely Vanessa on Reception, Vanessa always bends over backwards for me, she listens avidly to my tales of when i lived in her homeland, Portugal. I saw Genevieve, the hygienist and WOW! Incredible treatment, worth every penny of the £70.00 I paid. My gums have improved and overall health has too, I skipped out with shiny, bright teeth and can honestly say, I am SOOOOOOOOO glad I chose this dentist when I relocated home in 2003, the management may have changed over the years, but the service and care has just got better and better. THANK YOU...ALL...👌😘

I have been using this wonderful surgery for over 20 years and throughout all of the management changes, the current Practice Manager is by far the best since Dulcina left. Nuanthe was perhaps the best dentist I had had considering my anxiety regarding dental appointments yet the hygienist I saw today was incredible, honest without being rude and so positive about my recovery from mental health issues that she had witnessed...all in all, my teeth are gleaming, I am smiling 😃.... and I would highly recommend this practice. I would like to add that the warm greeting I always receive from the lovely lady on Reception makes the entire visit a pleasure and reduces my fear. Thank YOU ALL OF THE TEAM!

Unpleasant experience, dread going. 10 minutes late being called in and the treatment was extremely painful. Still in pain one week later.
