Always welcoming and friendly

When you attend your appointment, you’re never kept waiting, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Very thorough and professional too, and caring. And the building is beautifully heated too, so very comfortable whilst you are there.

Care and attention

As always, I was very satisfied with the care and attention I received from Dr Betts. The two receptionists were most helpful too.
I feel we are very fortunate that we can receive NHS care from this excellent practice. Thank you.

My experience

Some of your staff speak very quickly. I’m 78 and my hearing is poor and I often have to ask them to repeat what they’ve said especially if they’re wearing a mask.

I have been a patient at this practice since I was a boy and have had excellent and professional treatment and advice for over 50 years, Doctor Betts my current dentist is outstanding in my opinion and all the other staff are exemplary in their areas of work and expertise. I would highly recommend this practice
