The Smile Centre
When I’m actually with the hygienist or dentist, the service is always good. However, it’s always a little bit chaotic getting into the room. The front door doesn’t seem to be physically unlocked until 9am, so already starting off on a bad footing. Today I went into the room at 9.12am - despite having a 9am appointment. How can you be running late at the first appointment? If this was a one-off I wouldn’t mind but this happens every time.

The professionalism of the hygienist. She is a role model for others in the way she communicates with the patient and efficiently carries out the procedures. She is cheerful and positive.

My experience
Poor experience with hygienist, poor communication, no check in during treatment and in my view unnecessarily abrasive in tone and rough undertaking treatment. I wont see this particular hygienist again and have requested to revert back to my usual one for future appointments.

Welcoming and friendly. Helpful advice.
I would like to add that my son had a large filling fall out. He can’t use the phone but the receptionist was very helpful and caring when I phoned. Also, the dentist treated him with care and attention. Thank you so much.
