Hygienist and annual inspection visit

The work undertaken was very thorough and professional, as usual. The hygienist and assistant had a relaxed and cheerful manners which eased any stress I had.

The Smile Centre

Visited to see the hygienist today, The last time I booked it I paid £59, turned up for my appointment to be told it was £69 after treatment without anyone letting me know prior to the appointment.

Before I was offered a glass of water to rinse my mouth but today with the price gone up I was offered a wet tissue to wipe my mouth. Absolutely poor service with it being private and will be visiting elsewhere next time for the hygienist.

Great experience

I was referred to this dentist to have several teeth out including wisdom teeth. I have had half done so far and the care given was 10/10. From being talked through the procedure to just everyday chat to actually having the teeth out was a great experience. As someone who has anxiety and especially in clinical situations due to bad experiences, my mind was put at ease very quickly and was treated with care and compassion by all staff. Can’t say I’m looking forward to the next lot of treatment haha, but I know I will be in good hands which makes it less nerve wrecking! Thank you all!

Friendly, professional service. However, there is no excuse to start the first appointment of the day (9 am) 10 minutes late, for no obvious reason.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service - I called to explain I had a broken tooth and was booked in within 3 days - I also had an appointment with the hygienist whose kind and honest advice was great.
