So kind and understanding

Always pleasant and Beth J is so kind and understanding ( I have tremors ) always feel I’m in safe hands. The only bad thing for me is it’s so cold with the air con lol.

My dentist "SANAH"( ?) was brilliant.
She and her assistant were professional, warm, friendly and efficient.
I was there to have impressions taken which I have always struggled with in the past, but these were the easiest I have ever experienced!

All my needs were met

I was in extreme pain today and having explained my symptoms and pains to the The Smile Centre they managed to fit me into their busy schedules of an emergency appointments and was seen to quickly and all my needs were met. I was in that much pain that one of the ladies held my hand and comforted me which I believe is a very good thing to have in customer service. Thanks Smile Centre.
