On a whole, very good service all round!
One minor point, my appointment was 9am, I arrived at 8.45am not wanting to be late but they didn’t unlock the front door until 9am so by the time the receptionist had booked me in and I’d filled in the questionnaire it was 9.15 before I was called in for my 9 am appointment. As I was the first patient of the day you are already behind with the following appointments. Perhaps unlock the doors for the first patients of the day to come in and book in and fill in any paperwork required, you are then ready at 9am for your 9am appointment.

My experience
There was a delay in seeing me, would of thought someone would advise oh by the way we are running late bear with. No info was given at all prior to the appointment, so no idea what to expect. The dentist was super not reassuring at all, didn't say 1 positive thing.
