I was seen for an emergency appointment very quickly. The dentist was lovely - very gentle and I felt very well looked after. Overall a very good service!!

Today's visit at the smile centre was very productive. The dentist listened to quite a few of my queries about crowns, nerve damage and a gum issue. She was so helpful and I feel confident that I will finally get my teeth back on track. I also got an appointment with the hygienist without a long waiting time...very happy customer🙂

A truly dedicated practitioner
Receptionist is extremely busy, sometimes with demanding calls but always very professional and polite plus with a smile.
Dr Betts is truly a dedicated practitioner. Self-assured and on her game. I’ve had shocking teeth for over 50 years, much of my work has been private. I really appreciate what Dr Betts does and how it is achieved.

The Smile Centre
All staff were lovely and I did appreciate being told that there would be a delay. Everything was good except the prices. Since the latest price increases, I will have to consider whether I can now afford 3-monthly hygienist visits, I may have to stretch to 6 months. Shame, I have been a patient for many years.

My experience
If the state of the garden portrays the service of the Smile Centre - then it’s not looking good. Why on earth has it got to that state? Such a lovely building in a picturesque area. It never looked like that when I attended Mr Nanda Snr many moons ago. I hope the current Mr Nanda never drives past and sees the state of it. So disrespectful to them and the patients that attend.
