My experience
Elizabeth Betts is the best dentist I’ve been a patient of. It’s a shame other people I have been used to, ie hygienists, have all left??
The practice is not what it used to be, I thought the Smile Centre had closed down, looking at the unkept and overgrown garden it has become. The appearance is terrible from outside, the gardens were encouraging to walk down when you are nervous. If Elizabeth Betts leaves, I shall definitely be looking for somewhere else. I hope she does not. Hopefully a gardener will be taken on, if the path becomes overgrown, disabled people will not be able to get to front door.

My experience
I am a disabled person and need to come by the back entrance, using a walker. A large car was parked at an angle, just off the road, which made it impossible for me to squeeze by with my walker. Without the help of the taxi driver, who folded my walker and lifted it over the car. I clung on the side of the car and walked by it. The general surface of the area is very hard for me to walk on and was a nightmare to enter the dentist. My appointment with the dentist went well and I had to make another appointment to have 2 fillings done.

Hygienist was very good. Went to make my next appointment and I had to pay a deposit of £25 so altogether it was an expensive visit at £84 ish. My husband went the same day and he didn’t have to pay a deposit!

Super nervous about dental stuff, due to previous trauma. The staff are really kind and patient. For the first time in my life I've found a dentist I'm comfortable with. Cannot thank them enough, they are absolutely brilliant.

All staff are helpful
All ran smoothly, no covid masks were worn in reception and the waiting room. I was the only one wearing. All staff are helpful. My dentist Beth is kind and lovely. She looks after me really well (I have health issues and struggle with doing things). I feel at ease. I highly recommend Smile. The reception area could be more private. You can hear personal details, date of birth, addresses, etc.

I couldn't have wished for better treatment
I didn't even know the root of the tooth had been removed. The dentist was excellent and I told him so. I couldn't have wished for better treatment. I had warnings of possible pain afterwards, so far, this has not happened.
I am a very happy patient and send my thanks to all concerned.

Amazing, so professional
Roderick is amazing, so professional, gets the job done, no messing about. I was so anxious to have 3 teeth out for the first time but honestly the young girl and him are absolutely brilliant. I couldn't of asked for better, honestly thanks so much!
