My experience

Very friendly but started late despite being first appointment of the day and had to go looking for equipment a couple of times which meant some delay and I missed my bus!

My experience

Very happy with treatment but VERY unhappy with having to leave a deposit for my next appointment. I have been seeing the hygienist 4 times a year since 2017 and I have always attended on time. Why should I now have to pay towards my next appointment?

My experience

Hi, Yes I did attend a dental appointment with my dentist yesterday. I made the appointment because recent fillings in two of my upper teeth have come out and sadly broken again. I spoke with the dentist lady in the treatment room about the condition of my teeth ie. broken teeth and missing teeth due too extractions.
I've always taken care of my teeth, with regular brushing and antiseptic mouth wash but sadly I'm starting to loose my teeth due too wear and tear and old age. I've paid £25.80 in cash yesterday the receptionist gave me a receipt.
93-25.80 =£67.20
(will pay this amount on 22Aug2023 2:00pm.
I apologise for any confusion with girls on the reception desk.
