The reception staff were so friendly and welcoming this morning. The dentist and her assistant always has a nice bright welcome for me also.

Really have a phobia about dentist, heard all the horror stories about having wisdom teeth removing, worst part was the needles, after that NEVER felt a thing didn’t know the tooth was out until dentist told me, really made me feel at ease. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Went to the dental practice today for a filling .The dentist I would normally see is leaving there.So did see a new young dentist .I am not the easiest person to treat very nervous at the best of times but seeing a different dentist more so .But was made so welcome by the young new dentist who is very professional and extremely caring all the time while doing the dental treatment. Also the dental nurse was very helpful and kind.
Thank you both so much for making my trip to the dentist less stressful.

Thank you to the lovely practice manager at the Smile centre . After my blood pressure dropped after teeth extraction, she was so kind , understanding and empathetic whilst sitting with me during what felt like a scary time . Am sure she helped to normalise the blood pressure. The dental nurse was also lovely and oral surgeon very efficient . Lovely receptionist gave me a chair to sit outside while taxi came . You do get the impression that they are very busy .. but kind of expect that in most dental practices.

Was terrified of the dentist after an awful experience as a child
After learning I had to have a moler extraction my anxiety went through the roof
My appointment was 10 and I was awake since 4 worrying
After the excellent receptionist calmed me I decided to go ahead
The dentist was excellent explained my options and out comes
The injections weren't so bad and the extraction was painless and quick
Highly impressed and greatful to a brilliant staff and team
I won't be so afraid next time I have anything done that's for sure!

I’ve been to the dentist today and am in middle of a course of treatment. I am a very nervous patient but the dentist, Beth, and nurse, Leah, have been so calm and reassuring on every visit. They have really gone above and beyond, especially with working throughout the pandemic. If I could nominate them for a national award for caring and professionalism I would gladly to so. Sarah on reception also deserves a special mention but I find them all really helpful and responsive. I think dental practices like this have been under appreciated during the pandemic but I am really grateful they have been there. Thank you.

Honestly couldn't ask for a better dental practice. I am always greeted by the friendly receptionists which really helps if your a little nervous about going. When I'm in the waiting room staff always say hello when walking through and the dentist explains things clearly to me when I'm in the chair. The dental nurses always make sure I'm comfortable prior to and during dental work and my dentist always gives me opportunity to ask questions about procedures; giving me great advice on looking after my teeth in between visits.

I received the most considerate and heart felt care today to relieve me from pain I had been experiencing for weeks. Sarah on reception had shown such kindness to listen what I had to say and Elizabeth demonstrated exceptional skill in keeping me pain free through the operation.
