Friendly reception staff with happy faces, nervous first time patient to the practice, a smile always helps ease the nerves. Would and have recommend to my friends.

I have woken up this morning with a smile on my face thanks to Smile Dentist. Thank you all so much for that. You do a great job. Thank you . Professional friendly, Anyone that hates the dentist give them a try.

I had an emergency filling just recently with a female dentist who was just as kind and friendly.
I can't give s review for the hygienists as I've never had cause to visit one

I have been using the Smile Centre since 2000 or so and cannot fault them. Despite moving as far away as Eastwood, I still come back. Mr Tribble not only keeps me up to speed on what he's doing, but he was fantastic with my partner, who had not been to a dentist in eight years when we met. She needed a great deal of work. He and all the staff flagged her up immediately as a "nervous patient" and treated her with kid gloves. They let me hold her hand the entire time as everything was explained to her in detail. A few years later she now visits Mr Tribble on her own and has no problem with dentists any longer.

I have not been asked to write a review; I simply came online to find the phone number because my phone contacts have disappeared, and saw all the criticism. What a shame that the other reviewers do not like old buildings. A surgery does not have to be a recent build in order to be clean.

My only criticism is that the desk staff can sometimes be a little brusque with me, but if I worked on a reception desk all day, I'm sure I'd sometimes be funny with people too.
