I have been so happy with the care I have received from the team at Park Dental. It is such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and I feel like they listen to my needs and respond with a personalised approach each time.

Nicola has been amazing, she did my daughters brace in the summer and she was great, very soft with her and made her feel comfortable, my daughters last visit last week was very exciting as Nicola suggested Christmas colors on her brace and my daughter loves the look very much, Thank you Nicola you are fabulous!!

It’s amazing what Invisalign can do. I’ve always hated the gaps between my teeth, smiling with my mouth closed. I originally went for an appointment to get retainers to prevent me clenching my jaw at night. Now after many months (but worth it) I have evenly spaced teeth. I highly recommend Park Dental for their professionalism, advice, understanding and perfectionism.

I got my Invisalign treatment done, with the amazing help of Nicola and Tim, at the Park Dental care and it's one of the best decisions I have made for my teeth and confidence. I enquired about the treatment 6-7 months before my wedding, with the hope of having straighter teeth for the big day. Nicola and Tim managed to make huge progress on my teeth, straightening them to almost perfect for the wedding day. Although my Invisalign journey was not complete and I would need more retainers after, they were very accommodating and removed my attachments just prior to the wedding and then reattached them after which did not interfere with the treatment. Overall, I would highly recommend the park dental care for Invisalign treatment, especially to those with upcoming nuptials who want to improve their smile. I love how my smile looked in my wedding photos.

I started my Invisalign journey in 2021 and as someone who is never really a fan of the dentist I was very nervous. That soon went away when I came to Park Dental and was seen by the lovely Nicola. I absolutely hated my teeth with wide spaces and gaps, I knew my teeth needed a long term improvement and after having a consultation I knew Invisalign was going to be the right path for me. Nicola and the team at Park Dental were patient with me and they guided me even when I was working away by providing me with retainers and checking in on me virtually. They also took the time to research my medical condition and take this into consideration during my treatment. I went to the clinic because one of my teeth had moved badly. The team there were very professional and they quickly put together a treatment proposal to get the problem solved. They gave me multiple options at different prices which I appreciated. The treatment itself was smooth and the people at the clinic are very friendly and make you feel at home. Towards the end of the treatment we agreed to extend it a bit so that the result would be completely right at no extra cost. I am thankful for this. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a great orthodontist in the area.

I recently had a consultation and I was genuinely impressed with Nicola and Janaide. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel at ease — which isn’t easy, as I’m not usually a fan of going to the dentist!

Having had great dental treatment for many years from Tim and the team at Park Dental, I decided to go for cosmetic improvements, as I was always self conscious about my teeth. I thought it was a good opportunity to improve my deep bite as well.

Nicola and her team was very sympathetic and explained all the options available to me, and it was decided that we would go for Invisalign aligners, with some IPR, composite bonding and whitening to improve the teeth aesthetics.

The four year journey was long as there was a lot of corrections to make for the bite, but it was very much worth the effort as my bite and smile has improved in such a huge way. I no longer feel self conscious about my teeth and I'm incredibly happy with the results.

Nicola was brilliant at talking me through the process of Invisalign, took detailed scans/images and showed me what the end result could look like. She gave me the chance to ask questions and even tips to improve my day-to-day teeth cleaning. It was a great experience!

The treatment and service I received at Park Dental was very good. Nicola provided a great, friendly service throughout my Invisalign treatment and any issues that arose were resolved promptly and professionally. Having had multiple friends who have had Invisalign at various places, the treatment I received seemed to be head and shoulders above compared to what I’ve been told by others who had treatment elsewhere.

I have been a patient at Park Dental for several years now and I was keen for my daughter to have her treatment at the practice when her NHS dentist referred her for orthodontic treatment. For me, I trust them absolutely and they have transformed my own smile! I have seen several of the team in recent years (mostly Tim and Nicola), so thanks are due to all of them. I have always been able to get an appointment when required and there has been someone on the end of a phone when needed. The team are caring and approachable and give honest advice about treatment plans and your options. I also find the clinic a calm and lovely environment to spend time in.

‘Nicola is a very nice person and my braces went on today in what felt like a flash (I was warned the appointment could be long and boring!). She is really kind and gave me plenty of breaks and prepared me well by answering any questions I had beforehand. I recently had my first dental appointment in years (I admit that shamefully) and arrived absolutely terrified. I’m a doctor/dentist-fearing individual — the kind who walks in already any medical practice already sweating, with a heart rate that could rival a cardio workout (118 bpm was my heart rate begin with, for this appointment).

From the moment I stepped into the surgery, every single member of staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, safe, and cared for. Their kindness, calm approach, and professionalism somehow managed to help me relax — and even brought my heart rate down. They delivered reassuring news, which disproved my 2 am Google-based self-diagnosis, which was a relief in itself!

I left feeling not just looked after, but also encouraged about future visits — which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist. I was sold by service and expertise that was paired with such attentiveness that it met the needs of an anxious patient.
