Great service even though we had to travel from Birmingham. Went here for a second opinion as 1st said no to the braces these did a good examination and took us on . Really please daughter after 1yr 3months straight teeth perfect. had them off today really pleased . Well worth the travelling. Carnt recommended enough

We have been visiting this branch for 3 years now. Cannot fault the staff and the service particularly when there was the occasional emergency. Our son now has a fantastic straight set of teeth and is proud to show them off. The Orthodontist Jo Tudisco is really friendly, explains things carefully and makes you feel totally at ease.

I normally don’t write reviews but for this company I will 😊, I’ve been with them for 3 years my teeth where really bad to begin with and I’ve enjoyed my experience with them , the receptionist are very lovely and I really appreciate my orthodontist for being so lovely to me as well , I’ve just gotten my braces removed today and I’m so pleased with the results so yes I would definitely recommend this to anyone !!

Receptionist staff are friendly, I always have a giggle with them. Laura the orthodontist is very friendly too. Always happy to see us.
The appointment system works 8 weeks in advance. So if you miss an appointment (as I have) then it can be a little frustrating.. They do have emergency surgery every morning though.

What can I say, the reception staff were friendly and professional. We got seen straight away and following our first consultation this followed straight away with a braces consultation. All the staff Jo, Jo and Laura were amazing putting my son at ease and answering any questions we had. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone. Definitely 5 star. Can’t believe people have put it at one star!
