Our appointment is always on time and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

I wish to express my gratitude for your wonderful team dealing with such high patient volumes and extending waiting times. My son was seen today for brace assessment, he had had his fitted for almost two years. Although the occasional appointment has been rearranged by myself or the practice due to unforeseen circumstances, the practice has always endeavoured to reschedule at the earliest convenience. Our appointment today was booked for 2.45, we arrived on time and waited 15 minutes. The orthodontist apologised for our wait and we were treated respectfully.
I did not consider our wait to be excessive given the number of patients waiting. The waiting area was very clean, lots of information available via leaflets and posters and an appropriate radio station playing in the background.
I must say that I found the reception staff very approachable and friendly.
The orthodontist and assistant professional and demonstrated warmth towards my son who is always nervous prior to visit.
All in all I would recommend this practice to prospective patients. Excellent patient care and service! Well done

Great staff. Polite and attentive, always make my daughter feel welcome and cared for. Mainly always on time, always have a good experience.

It was great, we were also 5 minutes late because of traffic congestion but they still saw us.

Reception staff always go the extra mile to accommodate and orthodontist is extremely understanding, we could see the results within weeks of treatment

The reception staff are phenomenal. Very welcoming, very friendly and warm. The staff performing are the exact same. The overall feeling of the place is amazing.

Accessible Orthodontics are fantastic all the staff are always very polite friendly and understanding. My daughter was so scared when she went for her 1st appointment and they talked her through every step of what they were going to do and put her at ease . 2yrs ago my daughter started her braces journey and she has just had them taken off .
I would highly recommend Accessible Orthodontics to anyone needing braces .

Been under this orthodontics care for a few years now due to having a pretty problematic bottom set of teeth. They have looked after me every step of the way so far and I would highly recommend.
Receptionists, assistants and orthodontist I've met have all been great.
