Attentive, helpful
We were greeted by a new dentist Megha. She was thorough with her explanations with both me and my son. Went over brushing techniques.
On a separate extended family situation I found practice manager Amber particularly attentive, helpful and sympathetic. She helped with an ongoing situation with my elderly parents who’ve been with the practice some 30 years. I appreciated I didn’t need to escalate my query beyond Amber. Many thanks

First class service
Had a problem, I rang the Oadby Dentist, Reception was very good, appointment made same day. Seen Miss Kee, who understood my problem. Explained my problem, and what to expect, and treated me. All I can say is thank you so much. First class service

Considerate, gentle
The Reception staff are efficient and friendly. The Dentist is considerate, gentle and thorough. I was provided with lots of information and treatment options so that I could improve my own dental care.

A broken filling repaired
Had an emergency appointment to get a broken filling repaired. It was a problematic tooth that has been causing me issues for several years. Dr Akhtar did a great job fixing it and I'm very happy with the result. Thank you very much, I really appreciate it!
