Obtained an appointment quickly for an assessment and an extraction 2 days later
The dentist was so reassuring, I was nervous knowing that 2 back teeth would have to be removed but everything was explained calmly and the first tooth was out so quickly and painlessly that I could mentally prepare for the next one. After care explained well and actually I've had far less discomfort than I was expecting

Gavin Looi is a wonderfully warm, kind and professional dentist, who always puts me at ease and seems genuinely pleased to see me. I did have to wait 30 minutes, but that wasn't a problem.
