Excellent attention and help
Helpful staff changed details of my information on iPad at reception. Got into my appointment early (lovely), excellent attention and help. Normally feel very stressed and apprehensive on these visits, but thanks to dentist and staff, kindness and calmness, I was able to cope. Good visit all round. Thank you.

What was I worrying about?
To be honest, I am sure I am not alone, I wasn’t looking forward to my trip to the dentist. However, my root canal treatment was nothing to worry about, Christelle was amazing, really made me feel at ease.

Always a great experience visiting the dental surgery and always receive great care. I am always updated on my teeth and the areas that are of concern and then, if required, the next plan.

Treated optimally
Thank you for your continued care, I have been with the clinic for my entire life and I have always been treated optimally. I received a same-day appointment as an emergency and was given the reassurance that the team would support me through further treatment. Dr Kee is professional and knowledgeable and I trust her expertise entirely.

Was nervous not having my favourite dentist as he understands my nervousness but was happy with the lady I saw. Got to have filling next time. If can’t see Dr Keay I think will be Ok with lady I saw - will be more nervous though.
