I was delighted to get a cancellation and full marks to the reception staff. They rang me and I attended the same day.
The filling was replaced. I am now in Tenerife, and the replaced filling has fallen out.
2000 miles away doesn't make it easy. Can you please get me an appointment with Richard or Amy from 14th December onwards.

Very helpful, considerate
I took an elderly disabled friend in for a 6 monthly review. The dentist knew his stuff and as previously, gave good advice regarding management of the issues identified and also suggestions about what the G.P might be able to do which would help matters. Reception staff were very helpful, considerate and as supportive as they could be, taking account of my needs trying to best manage my friend's impaired mobility at the surgery.

My experience
Arrived 20 minutes before time, greeted politely and asked to fill in forms and take to dentist. No need, pretty sure you had all the info. Saw dentist on time, thorough examination and clear explanation that treatment will be probable on next visit. Arranged review in 12 moths easily and again politely. Followed up by text confirmation. Good. Waiting area not particularly attractive. Bit austere, could do with a makeover.
