Apart from the fact that I was having a tooth out which can bever be described as a good experience, the service from Richard Parker and staff is always very good. He always takes the trouble to listen and to explain.

The best dentist I have used
My dentist Richard is always professional, polite and patient centred, he explains any treatment in detail. I can honestly say that he is the best dentist I have used and I am a nervous patient.

My experience
Prompt appointment re bridge which had dropped out. Refitted for third time. Was advised previously that bridge may have to be attached to a crowned tooth next to the gap but disappointed that dentist said she couldn’t do this and next step would be an implant £2500!!! Not on NHS. I would have hoped another dentist at the practice would be able to do this. Very disappointed.
