Continuity of seeing the same dentist, dentist-patient relationship is important. Efficient, friendly staff. Regularity of check ups. The fact it is still NHS is most important to me.

Really pleased

Came to have my crown refitted as it fell out. The receptionist said she would ask Amy on Monday if she could fit me in and ring me with a time. (she was fully booked up) I got an appointment and Amy refitted my tooth. I was really pleased that she did this and she explained what would happen if it came out again. Many thanks to the receptionist who helped me out too.
