Absolutely fantastic from making an appointment to seeing the dentist.
I suffer really badly from social anxiety and depression.
The staff and dentist handled it with compassion and professionalism.

Put my son at ease

The dentist is excellent in dentistry but also communication. He put my son at ease and he actually enjoys trips to the dentist.

My experience

I was very annoyed to find out that you have gone cashless. I consider this a huge discrimination and very inconvenient.
People should be given a choice of how they wish to pay ! After all cash is still legal tender.
On a more positive note the male dentist that I saw today for the first time was very pleasant.

Excellent service

I can’t praise Ormskirk Dental Care highly enough. All staff are so friendly and efficient .
The day before Christmas Eve a front crown fell out (crusty bread to blame ??). I was horrified but my dentist Richard Parker was able to provide a temporary crown there and then for a standard NHS check up fee £23 !
I was made to feel so welcome and I will be eternally grateful for fitting me in at such short notice.
