Friendly, approachable

Dentist and dental nurse both friendly, approachable, and explained what was happening during the check up. Also provided useful advice. Reception staff are also friendly and the practice has a great appointment reminder system in place.

My experience

We arrived for an early appointment and waited approximately 30 minutes to be seen. Whilst waiting in reception I was disappointed by the behaviour of the reception staff. They continued to bitch and moan about every patient and even about the dentists! Very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness.
