We were seen bang on time. Thank you. Greeted with a smile on arrival by your charming receptionists. Richard carried out his work with the usual thoroughness and efficiency and not forgetting the dental assistant, carrying out the routine but necessary help with a smile. Advice given which will be acted upon.
