Treatment fine but cannot put up with NHS dentures falling out.

Had to visit after losing a gold filling. Got an appointment within a couple of days. Richard explained my options and replaced the filling building up the tooth. Very efficient service.
Have been using this dentist for around five years. Reception staff are welcoming. Waiting time to see the dentist is usually minimal. My dentist Richard is excellent, he explains everything well and makes you feel at ease. I would recommend this practice.

Recently was advised I needed root canal treatment, and was referred to Stefan. Stefan was very honest in his advice of treatment and assured me every step of the way. This wasn’t treatment I was looking forward to, in fact was dreading it. But as it turned out there was nothing to fear - I didn’t feel a thing. Stefan was excellent and I would highly recommend him.

Myself and family have been registered with this dentist for many years and have always received a good service.

I am so nervous and the dentist and nurse were so lovely, I felt at ease.

I have felt roughly dealt with, injections were shoved into my gums and left my top lip hanging down most of the day and my face was scratched as the suction tube came out of my mouth. The treatment has been ok for 2 of the jobs I've had done but it feels as though a stopwatch had been set and my job was raced through within 20 minutes. I will need the 3rd job doing again, so will make another appointment tomorrow, 8/3/22. A little more care would make it an easier experience.

Yesterday's appointment was for John Hurst (my husband) Amy Greenwood extracted one if his back teeth, she was very professional, kind and considerate and reassured my husband that if he experienced any problems to contact her immediately. I hasten to add he has not experienced any complications and would like to thank Amy for her care.

I have this last week had 2 emergency appointments, the reception staff were excellent and arranged for me to see my dentist, Richard Parker, within hours of my requests, thank you, Richard was wonderful and explained service and treatment, relieved me of my awful pain and saved 2 teeth for me, I'm so grateful and appreciative to have such a professional and caring dentist, and his assistant was very reassuring thank you. All the staff at the practice are lovely.

On my recent visit to Ravat Ray dentist practice I was seen by Tuisi Verma. She was excellent, professional and very caring, she sorted out my problem immediately, and saved a tooth from extraction for which I'm very grateful, her assistant was very reassuring my thanks to both. All the staff at the practice are polite and helpful.

Visit today I was seen by Tulisi Verma, once again she carried out examination to a very high standard including Xrays and clean and Polish. She is very caring and professional and explains all procedures. Her assistant was also very attentive and polite, my thanks to both and all the staff at the Practice.
