Appointment the same day

I had a dental emergency and was given an appointment the same day. I was told it could not be with my usual dentist - this was useful as I am a nervous patient. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The dentist and nurse were professional, did a temporary fix and an appointment was made for 2 weeks time.
