Excellent treatment

This was not my routine appointment as I had toothache. I was seen really quickly. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Dentist was excellent. Treatment also excellent.

I hadn't been to the dentist for over 10 years due to a crippling fear of them. Richard, from the get go, was amazing with me. He explained everything I needed doing, and how it would be done. My major fear was an oral injection for a filling. But Richard was patient and kind and went at my pace. I wouldn't hesitate to book another appointment with Richard. He's helped erase my very real fears of the dentist chair. Thank you Richard, you are a credit to your profession.
