Empathy and concern

All the staff but especially my Dentist and Dental Nurse were excellent. Made me as an extremely nervous person visiting the dentist feel at ease. They showed empathy and concern.

Reception staff very friendly as always.
Didn't see my regular dentist due to her being on annual leave, but her replacement was lovely.
He explained everything that was wrong with my tooth, what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the outcome could be for my tooth. I'm a nervous patient and he really made me feel at ease.

Highly recommend this practice 😊
