From my first phone call speaking to receptionist Alex, who was so helpful to my appointment the following day the service was excellent.
I explained to Dentist John that I was extremely nervous when I arrived. He immediately put me at ease. He explained everything to me step by step. I had an extraction & I can honestly say I felt no pain.
The dental nurse present was very nice & we all chatted about holidays to help me relax.

Amazing visit today with Jonathan Chu. I’m a very nervous patient who hasn’t been to the dentist for 10 years. I broke a back tooth so booked appointment. Mr Chu was so reassuring and kind, he explained everything and really put my mind at ease. Treatment was professional and painless. I can’t recommend him enough, it’s given me the confidence to book a six month check up. Thank you Mr Chu x

Friendly reception staff, helpful, easy payment, quick call through to Dentist, dental nurse friendly, Sophie, my dentist, friendly, attentive, clear explanation of treatment whilst in her care and a choice of treatments going forward. If it's a private dentist you're looking for, then I highly recommend this one. I was seen by Mr Johnathan Chu who was very thorough with not just my examination but also with full details of recommended treatment & costs etc. Very polite and professional, as was his assistant and receptionist.

Dr J Chu saw me last Friday as an emergency case in Ormskirk Hospital. I interrupted his lunch together with his dental nurse colleague, who both so kindly saw to me extremely quickly. I was so appreciative. They are both live savers and deserve a big pat on the back. Thank you x
