As somebody who gets severe anxiety from going to the dentist I was petrified walking in today. However the dentist who saw me Mr Coventry was amazing and explained everything every step of the way. He was understanding about my anxiety and consistently checked I was doing ok throughout. This helped massively and made my experience much better. Definitely feel better about going back.

I phoned at 8.44am and all emergency appointments had gone but when I told her what was wrong the receptionist had a word with my dentist and they got me in, and the appointment was on time.
