I am always nervous when I visit the dentist but Jonathan always reassures me and makes me feel relaxed. He always explains in great detail what he is going to do and any further treatment if necessary. I always feel at ease due to his calming and pleasant manner. He is a credit to the practice and I would also like to give a mention to the rest of the team from the reception through to the dental nurses.

Compassion and understanding
I am a carer for the patient who has social anxiety and situation mutism. The dentist and assistant were friendly and spoke with compassion and understanding. Giving the treatment ownership initially to the patient and seeking confirmation from me the carer.

Emergency treatment
I was able to see an NHS dentist quickly for emergency treatment, the dentist was thorough, explained what she was doing throughout & fixed the problem. If only everyone was able to access an NHS dentist when they need one.
