Over and above expectations
After enduring a hearty whack to my face when I tripped and face planted the tarmac I had to be referred to this dental department and to say both Dentist & Nurse went over and above expectations. To say I’m a nervous wreck is an understatement and I was put at ease immediately. Everything was explained clearly to me. I do wish all Dentists could take a leaf out of their books.

Emergency appointment
I needed a tooth out and managed to get an emergency appointment. Receptionist was very good explaining charges etc.
Met Sophie who was very kind as I felt anxious. She explained everything clearly and I came away happy despite having a tooth extracted.

Very relaxing atmosphere, made to feel comfortable and explained all that was going on at all times. Do not like going to the dentist but would recommend to all, the staff was very helpful, no long wait time, thank you, pain free
