Emergency appointment
Wasn't able to get an emergency appointment first thing but was called back within a couple of hours with a cancellation. Dentist very thorough and helpful in her explanation of the problem and options for solution.

Was attending for an extraction, very nervous about the procedure. The process was explained to me and I was put at ease.
The staff were warm and friendly, the procedure was carried out quickly and efficiently.

My dentist and dental nurse are friendly, professional and talk me through what they’re doing. Everywhere is very clean. The receptionists are also friendly and professional.

Check up
Routine dental check up, I had been concerned about a previous filling with the hygienist which was rough and very sensitive. Apparently the filling must have fallen out straight after it had been done but the dentist today refilled it without any discomfort and it is now much better.
