Receptionists polite and friendly.
My new Dentist introduced herself. Explained what she was going to do including plan of treatments and the cost. Also mentioned that they were busy so maybe a wait for next appointment. Which was only just over 3 weeks.

Same day appointment
A very thorough check up which included gum and teeth check, an X-ray and explanation of areas of concern. Same day appointment for the therapist was available and appointment for three months time was available. Very good!

No need for a appointment, just called at surgery to get my broken dentures repaired which they will repair with in 24 hours free of charge
