Brilliant with my children
Had a great experience today, the lady on reception was brilliant with my children. Gave them some colouring sheets to do while we waited for our appointment which I really appreciated as it kept them occupied. The whole experience was really positive, the dentist and the dental nurses are all great with children and my kids actually get excited about their trips to the dentist which says it all really.

The dentist was really friendly
My appointment was on time so I didn’t have to wait. The dentist was really friendly and put me at ease. She explained what was happening and when she did a clean she was very gentle but thorough.

As always from reception to the dentist chair all was not very good, but excellent. Reception sign in and payment was easy. Little waiting for Alex but nothing to be concerned about. A lovely introduction from Alex and she talked me through the procedure to put me at ease.
An altogether perfect dental session.

A punctual appointment
Ease of access to the service. I was able to ring and get an emergency appointment, with minimum effort, on the day of contacting Ravat and Ray. Thank you. Friendly receptionists. Service with a smile! Similarly, my dentist ensured a punctual appointment. She dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently and was easy to talk to. I have always been happy with the service afforded to me by Ravat and Ray.
