My dentist was very nice and friendly as was the assistant and all the staff. My dentist is always gentle and explains everything so that I can understand what is going on. I would recommend him and the practice

The staff were fantastic
Fantastic experience this morning. As a very nervous patient, all the staff were fantastic, very supportive. Dentist - Jon Coventry very professional, understanding and caring. Appointment was on time, & treatment fully explained prior to completing. Would highly recommend. Very much hope that Jon is here to stay.

Root canal filling
Had an appointment today with John at the Ormskirk practice. I needed a root canal filling and I felt really anxious about it. John was fantastic. He talked me through every step of the process and I was completely comfortable throughout. He’s very professional and clearly very good at what he does.

Careful, gentle
First I don't normally spend time giving a Review but in this case I will.
At first I was a bit nervous having to have 3 fillings drilled out and replaced by a Hygienist, who on a previous appointment did a clean up on my teeth, sorry don't know her name I wish I did, but I can't praise her enough, a credit to the Practice, she was very careful, explained what she was doing. Very gentle, takes her time to do a first class job, she would make an excellent Dentist, I have been a NHS patient at the practice since it was set up (NHS PCT Day's ) and I have seen lots of Dentists here over the years but the Lady that has done my teeth today has been the best, you need to do your best to keep her on your books together with her assistant.
