Very nervous about seeing the new dentist Jon, as Amy was very good and professional. I need not of worried.
Jon was professional and caring. He explained everything he was going to do in an easy-to-understand way. Whilst I'm not a nervous patient I can imagine his calming voice would be good for anyone who is a little frightened.

Emergency treatment
Broke a tooth yesterday evening, rang surgery this morning. Was given an appointment for 1.50 this afternoon. I was done by 2pm. Thanks very much to Richard and the team. Can't believe I got sorted so quickly.

I’m still waiting for a refund from the 28/05/24 from Ormskirt Dental Care, staff was very helpful when colleague went to incorrect practice but I’ve been waiting for a refund since this date.

Emergency appointment
Had to make an emergency appointment yesterday was given one right away for today to see Jon Coventry. I was in extreme pain, thought it was teeth. Jon looked at them, he told me it was my gums inflamed, he prescribed antibiotics and tooth paste, he also filled tooth, would recommend the dental practice and Jon Coventry, nothing seems too much and staff and himself, very friendly, made to feel at ease.

Excellent experience at Ormskirk
From ringing 111 to being given an appointment 30 minutes later at Ormskirk dental clinic, I found the receptionists helpful and informative. The dentist herself was lovely and put my mind at rest following a very short wait . A really positive experience to an emergency appointment.

Good professional treatment, I received an email and a phone call reminder regarding my appointment.Parking was easy and I arrived slightly ahead of my appointment time and was called in within 5 minutes so no waiting. The treatment was painless and all procedures were explained clearly.
All the staff both at reception and in the consolation room were friendly and welcoming all in all I can’t find a negative.

Lovely dentist
Had a root canal procedure today. Lovely dentist who was very informative throughout the procedure about what was happening next and what sensation I would experience. He also explained the materials being used and each stage of the procedure he kept checking in to make sure I was ok to continue and didn’t need any time to have a brief break. I was nervous going in but he totally put me at ease and the whole thing was over in an hour. I didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during the process. I have a temporary veneer whilst I wait for a permanent replacement and had impressions made to ensure the new permanent veneer looks perfect. The temporary looks really good, again I was a little worried that it would look obviously fake and make me feel uncomfortable when smiling. I’m pleased to say it looks really good so no concerns and hopefully the permanent will look even better. Very pleased with how I was treated and the procedure was really smooth. Couldn’t really ask for anything better.
