Tooth out
I had to have a tooth out and the dentist was very understanding that I didn't like needles, she assured me everything was okay, she kept saying it was nearly over and took her time, she was also very nice when she took the tooth out, very friendly.

Goes above and beyond
I was called into the surgery almost immediately upon my arrival, despite a full waiting room.
Richard always gives clear and comprehensive information about procedures and listens attentively to concerns etc.
I am confined to a wheelchair and he always goes above and beyond to assist me into the dental chair.
