Richard has managed to salvage several of my teeth, and explained the procedures to give me the best options. I am very sorry he is leaving.

Wisdom teeth removal
My dentist made me feel very comfortable, reassured me when I felt nervous throughout the procedure and checked I wasn’t feeling any pain, and if so he gave more anesthetic. The day after the procedure a member of the clinic also rang up to check how I was doing which I thought was nice and also gave some help and advice.

First appointment with new dentist
New dentist never seen him before. Friendly welcome and good communication. Nobody else in surgery but kept waiting beyond time for appointment. No idea why. Would have scored higher if timing was more punctual.

Jon is a lovely dentist, gentle, but thorough. He explained everything fully, about what he was going to do, did, and options of future treatments. He was excellent with my elderly parents as well. I would recommend him to everyone.
