I had had excruciating tooth ache into the weekend and was getting through on Paracetomol. Phoned early on Monday and was seen as an emergency by 10.30. My Dentist recommended root canal treatment rather than taking the tooth out. I then booked for the work to be done in 8 weeks time, however the practice team spotted when a cancellation had come up and phoned me later on and so the root has been done in less than 24 hours! My Dentist explained what the root treatment would look like and kept the pain as low as they could while cleaning out the damaged root and old filling. I even got to wear yellow shades so the surgery looked like bright sunshine☀️🕶. Remember you are a patient so be kind and patient with the team and their new IT systems, they are doing their best to make you better. Fab ☆☆☆☆☆
