Very caring, courteous and thorough

Alex went above and beyond for my appointment today as I had an infection in both gums.
Richard saw me although he is not my normal dentist.
It was my first time meeting him and I found him very caring, courteous and thorough. Thank you both very much as I was very worried about the infections.
