Absolutely fantastic
The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic, I wish I had taken her name. Due to a breakdown in communication my appointment had been mixed up. This member of staff went out of her way to rectify this for me, not only this but she ensured that my three year old was kept occupied during our wait which was a godsend. It’s refreshing for someone to be so helpful. I also wanted to thank Richard for fitting me into his busy clinic. Fantastic service which was really needed today to help me to get on top of this nasty toothache.

Only waited a few minutes beyond my appointment time. My appointment was for a checkup and xray... however I had recently lost a filling. Upon investigation I was offered 3 options and elected the middle option. This was then actioned quickly and efficiently.

Very helpful and friendly
Dentist and the lady who helped him were very helpful and friendly. Considerate in terms of asking 'can I just put this bib on you' and small things like that which make the process easier! Found both of them to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

My experience
Went for a routine check up and made it clear that i have anxiety when it comes to dental visits.
I have quite a lot of build up on my bottom front teeth from a period of neglect on my part. Instead of being sympathetic, i was quite harshly told that i wasnt brushing properly and that i would lose my teeth if this wasn't rectified.
I was told to come back in 3 months for a deep clean and a filling i needed and told to improve my gum health before then.
I feel like the problem is only going to get worse in 3 months so im not happy.
