H Williams & Associates Dental Care

Today I had my second appointment at H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery and I have been very impressed with the service I received on both occasions. All the staff are amazing, the receptionists are open and friendly and the dentists are very lovely, patient and straight to the point. They gave me a variety of different options for the treatment I was looking to have and helped me with taking out and putting in my new retainers and telling me how to clean my retainers, as well as answering my questions well. They also gave some good advice that I found extremely helpful. Amy in particular is incredible; she is very polite and is nice to talk to and so are her assistants. Everyone are very good at what they do - you always leave satisfied, laughing and with a smile! I would 100% recommend H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery, they are so much better than the two surgeries I’ve previously been a patient at, which are BDP Dental Bromley (Chatterton Dental Surgery) who were always running late and didn’t provide a fulfilling service; once they only saw me for less than a 2 minutes appointment before telling me I had to go, and they also never cleaned my teeth properly; and Simply Orthodontics, where all the staff besides an orthodontist called Geraldine were very rude and perhaps even racist; they also broke my braces once, never saw me on time and constantly made mistakes that cost me a lot of money and I never even got an apology! Plus, I can’t even say with 100% certainty that the tools they used were clean. If you aren’t happy with your dental practice then you should definitely register to be a patient at H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery, as they are the complete opposite of how those two surgeries are. Any healthcare service are bound to run a bit behind schedule but H Williams & Associates Dental Surgery take less time to see you than others do and you can also tell that they’re all very genuine people who genuinely love their job and want to help people, they aren’t just after money like a lot of the other places. They make you feel very comfortable; I usually get embarrassed at appointments easily, but not at this surgery - I felt calm and relaxed and not anxious whatsoever. They’re also great with children, I am 17 years old and I know others around my age and parents too, who would agree. Both my mum and dad are now signing up to be a patient too. If you live far, it’s worth the travel, I promise.

Absolutely everything, everyone that works there is great, so helpful and friendly, I was absolutely terrified of the dentist as my previous dentist told me there was nothing they could do!, but Victoria has instilled so much confidence in me and shes gone over and above to try and achieve a great end result! ( which hasn’t been easy due to mouth restriction) due to Victoria and all the other people that work there I no longer feel anxious and I enjoy coming!!

Receptionist was professional with warmth and the reception area was comfortable.
Chris, my hygienist of many years always does a perfect job I go out with a sparkling smile from a treatment that Chris made easy for me. Big thanks to Chris’s assistants too.

Excellent friendly staff and very professional dentist with up to the minute technology, from the minute you enter the surgery you’re made to feel at ease everyone is very warm and welcoming.

Altogether a great experience. All staff were considerate and proficient. It was great that the dentist explained everything.

The air of competence and exceptional patient care; the up to date and effective machinery including X-ray and treatment and comfortable chair… But the courtesy, kindness and support from the staff is second to none. I consider this to be one of the foremost Dental Practices around and Victoria (as Dentist) and Christopher (as hygienist) are the very best.
I really cannot rate this Practice too highly, and have now enjoyed nearly 30 years of exceptional treatment.
