I attended the surgery for my annual check up. I saw the hygienist followed by the dentist. No X rays or treatment required so was shocked at the amount charged. Lovely staff but need a bank loan to pay for it!

I was 10 minutes late due to traffic which I called in to warn reception.
As always Christopher Hammond was courteous and efficient. In 20 minutes he was able to do a good clean.
He did inform me that he didn't have an adrenaline-free injection to give so even if I'd been on time, the deep clean around the implant tooth which is integral to my treatment plan, would not have been possible. As a concern, that would be my only one.

Love the team at H Williams. From the super helpful and friendly Reception team, who always send me helpful text reminders for appointments, to the very professional dentists and hygienists. I am on an annual plan which is good value and recently completed Invisalign straightening which worked out so well, am really pleased with the results. Highly recommend.

Amy is both delightful and amazingly professional. They are lucky to have her, and her assistant is lovely. The unsung receptionists are equally welcoming and make a great team.

I can not recommend Dr Amy Jenkins enough. I have never been so at ease at the dentist before. Most of the work she has done has been painless, quick and solved this issued I have had.

As always a pleasure to come to the dentist. I am always greeted by cheerful receptionist, and my dentist and hygienist always talk through the procedure I am going to have and make sure I fully understand before they start the treatment.

I had two replacement fillings on the 12th April, expertly carried out by Victoria. The whole procedure was quick and result excellent! There was a small area of 'roughness' which was quite understandable and the following day I was given a convenient appointment to have this corrected. Excellent service as always - 100% satisfied!

As a nervous patient a trip to the dentist, particularly when treatment is required, is not something I look forward to. I fret about it for days beforehand. The dentist immediately put me at ease and I felt confident in her ability from the start. She recognised my anxiety and was reassuring and kind. Treatment was painless and I am pleased with the results. If you have to go to the dentist this is a good surgery to use. They are compassionate and caring.

I've been a patient of H Williams and Associates for many years now and the service I've received here has always been outstanding but recently, I had to undergo a long, difficult procedure as one of my teeth got fractured.
The whole process involved the planning of the best solution and the extraction of the fractured tooth, the care of the area and modelling and placement of the implant. In the meantime, I decided to update an old and ugly crown and bridge that sat next to the fractured tooth, so the whole thing was quite the journey.
Today, I had the implant, bridge and crown placed and I cannot be happier with the outcome! The service I received from the whole team, including Amy, Dan, Sylvia and Becka was of the highest standards and utmost quality. They were patient, understanding, kind, made me laugh too, and provided me with the best advice to renew and recover my smile.
Of course the procedure is not the cheapest, but I was able to split the payments during this whole period and upon looking at the results, I am more than satisfied with the price paid for such a high quality job.
Thank you all again for a fantastic job and for giving me my smile back. I left the practice today feeling happy, satisfied and can't stop smiling!
