Efficient, empathic and explanatory. I am well treated by all staff. Care options are clearly explained and considered with me. The surroundings are clean and well ventilated. Equipment is modern and well maintained.

I have been going to this dentist for many years now and have always received good treatment, and when an emergency arose I was always seen on the same day if only to see what was wrong so further treatment could take place. And always treated with kindness and understanding.

I have been a patient at this practice for over a year now and I just completed my Invisalign treatment with Sneh Punjabi who was amazing throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend her as a dentist if you’re visiting the practice. Sneh was so friendly and warm, honest and open, informative and put any worries I had at ease. She answered all my questions, went above and beyond and really held me at the centre of her care throughout my whole treatment - thank you so much Sneh - you have given me the perfect smile and it has been a pleasure along the way! All the staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful whenever I visit. I could not recommend H Williams Practice and Sneh enough and am very pleased with the service and care.

Denture fitting but frequent replacement of aged fillings
I've been with the practice for almost 40 years. I wont be changing now!! Have seen many changes over the decades, not just decor or the introduction of the very latest in dental technology but many changes in personnel. You're all so young!! What hasn't changed in all this time has been the quality of care, compassion, thoughtfulness friendliness and professionalism = right from the front of house reception team to the Top of their Game Dentist and Hygienist experts. Professional and friendly service
I have used this practice for several years, as has my family. The service has always been professional and friendly. My recent visit was for a six monthly check up with the dentist, Victoria, and a clean and polish with the hygienist. Both explained what they were doing as they went along.

Exceptional in their chosen fields
Treatment at the dentists at Petts Wood as always is excellent. Dr Ahmed the Orthodontist, Chris the Hygienist and Victoria the dentist are all exceptional in their chosen fields. Professional, polite and gentle. The assistants also are great, Alice and all of the staff including reception.
