My husband and I have been patients with Heather Wiliams and Associates for several years now and have always received excellent care and treatments. Earlier in the year I had to have a molar removed, I really didn't want a permanent gap so decided on an implant. I had the implant fitted by Daniel Ghent and couldn't recommend him more, the care and attention was excellent. I was so nervous about having the treatment but Dan was very good reassuring me and making me feel at ease all the way through the treatment. The whole process went extremely well and I am very happy with my new tooth. It’s amazing, the colour is a perfect match to the rest of my teeth and it’s so nice to enjoy eating again. Thank you Dan!

Since I have returned to the dental surgery I have been visiting my dentist Dr Victoria Lawrence and the hygienist Dr Christopher Hammond. The quality of service is excellent and the standard of care is very high. Victoria is so friendly, knowledgeable and an excellent dentist. The staff put me at ease and make me feel as a patient very looked after. I am extremely pleased with the surgery.

I’m reviewing this on my daughter’s Google account. I telephoned the practice for a doctor’s appointment and was offered an appointment the same day. I was warmly met by a lovely GP who took time to listen to me and asked questions to help work out my problems. She did lots of checks and was extremely thorough, before giving me some excellent advice. I can completely recommend this, particularly at a time when our NHS services are overstretched!

I saw Any for the first time. Very impressed. She explained the examination and X-ray findings, and the options for treatment, very clearly, even drawing a diagram. This was very helpful-and I haven’t encountered a dentist who did this! Made it much easier to visualise the treatment. Very grateful!
