All the staff at the surgery are friendly and helpful. Chris has been our dentist now for a number of years and we'd recommend him to anyone. He gives good, sensible advice (something we haven't always received from previous dentists), and never suggests expensive work which isn't necessary. He explains all the options whenever something needs to be done, and never rushes you to make a decision. Three generations of our family visit Chris regularly, which is a recommendation in itself!

I recently visited H Williams and Associates to have two replacement composite veneers placed on two of my front teeth due to discolouration of existing veneers performed by a different dentist. As an extremely nervous patient I was very anxious about the procedure, however from the moment I booked the appointment the staff at the surgery went out of their way to make me feel reassured and at ease. Dan and his nurse Becca both made me feel very relaxed during the treatment making it a very calm experience. My new veneers look absolutely fantastic, so natural and I have had so many compliments already. I really can't thank H Williams surgery enough and would highly recommend Dan.

I've been coming here since about 2014 and see Chris and Christelle on a reasonably regular basis due to the nature of my dental health. I feel I get very well looked after and all treatments are clearly explained. Other than injections, i've never experienced any pain here and never dread returning to the dentist which, as I said, I have to do quite often.
The team here are great, right from the friendly welcome you get from reception when you arrive. They are also good with kids as my 7 year old daughter will testify to as she has also been coming here for a while as a patient. She has no fear of dentists, gets excited about coming with me and even got involved as an assistant on one of my hygienist visits!
In summary, I'd thoroughly recommend this surgery to anyone.

Best experience I've had at a dentist. Needed to go for an emergency and was able to be seen on the same day. All staff were really friendly and smiley and I was seen by Daniel Ghent who was excellent. Everything was well explained and all options were given throughout my experience.

I am a regular patient at H Williams & Associates, and am always impressed by the treatment I receive. I most recently had my teeth whitened by Diane Minto who put me as ease straight away. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the treatment. During the treatment (which takes about 2 hours) she checked in with how I was doing and if I needed a break at any time. It was a very comfortable and painless experience. After the treatment, Diane gave me clear instructions on how to maintain my new white teeth and I am very pleased with the result.
The practice itself is always exceptionally clean, and it has just been refurbished with state of the art equipment. The staff who work here are friendly, kind and helpful and always put the patient first. I would not hesitate to recommend visiting H Williams & Associates.

Absolutely thrilled with my Invisalign treatment. Dr Chris Prange explained everything clearly and took me step by step through the whole process. The Invisalign took just 9 months and I can safely say I smile confidently now and my daughter said I look a little younger too! Highly recommended.

It was my first time using private dental care and I was sceptical about how different the service would be. It definitely did not disappoint, the practice was significantly cleaner and more high-tech than my previous dentists. I was not disappointed in any way from my 1st appointment to my final check up,
the procedure was over a period of approximately 6 months with lots of appointments for the various stages of the implants.
