Heather has provided our dental care ever since starting at the practice many years ago and we would thoroughly recommend both Heather and her colleagues to anyone who is looking for a dentist (or Doctor!) to register with. The standard of care, and the ambiance of the practice as a whole, is extremely good, friendly, welcoming and re-assuring. So much so, that even after moving from Petts Wood to Surrey we still come back! We wish the practice very well for the future.

My experience with the dental surgery was great. Well trained team of staff are always there to help either over phone or at the surgery. Really like the idea of monthly payments methods, suits my need. Warm hearted doctors with friendly smile and very informative. Thank for the great service .

Been using this dentist practice for many years and can highly recommend them. My dentist Chris Prange is always very friendly and puts you at ease, and explains everything whilst you are undergoing treatment. All the staff are friendly and provide a quality professional service.

Very positive experience at H Williams and Associates. Having neglected my teeth for a while I needed quite a bit of work doing and it has all been carried out before Christmas, including fillings, teeth whitening and white fillings to my front teeth. The whole experience has been very professional with no problems and appointments late as I work full time in London. I have nothing but praise for Chris Prange and his dental nurses. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

I have been a patient of Heather Williams Dental Surgery for 25 years now and consider it the best Dental Practice I have experienced and would have liked such quality of dental care when much younger. I think the standards are amazingly high and my current Dental Practitioner, Victoria, is quite excellent. My hygienist Chris is top quality too. After many years putting off going to a Dentist I finally decided to go to this Practice. I explained my concerns and fears to Dentist Sarah Ide who was absolutely wonderful. I have now overcome my phobia and have just had treatment for a broken filling which was painless.
A miracle certainly took place in Petts Wood today!!!!!!
The reception staff are also very caring and understanding and deserve credit in getting me through the door in the first place.

My daughter has had treatment with Chris Prange and Emma and I have been very impressed with their patience and kindness towards her. She was very nervous and at first wouldn't let anyone do anything, but with the help of Chris and Emma, she has completed her treatment and now has a healthy mouth. She is no longer worried about coming to see the dentist.
