Needed an emergency appointment, young lady on the phone was very understanding & booked me in for an hour later. Unfortunately I needed an extraction, Rory was incredibly patient as I was extremely anxious & explained everything that was happening throughout. Having a tooth out is never a good experience but the team made it as comfortable as possible, it was pain free & there was good aftercare discussion. 10/10 for the staff there, could not have asked for or expected more.
